Hello, is it craft beer you're looking for?
At Homebound we are obsessed with the process of creating delicious beer all our own. We feature a rotating menu made predominantly with local ingredients. We love hops, sour beers and creativity within our brewing. Homebound also has a number of guest taps including Spot-On Cider, and features You's Kitchen entire menu for delivery to the taproom.
We're born and raised in the prairies (Saskatoon & Winnipeg), now living and raising a family in Warman. We come from humble beginnings, making the leap out of the corporate grind after saving for nearly a decade. In a way, Homebound is the modest culmination of our lifetime of work (so far). We feel lucky to be here and are happy to share this beer journey with you.
Craft on Tap
Impartial, open and unbiased to style classification. Dry hopped with Amarillo and Idaho 7. Moderate and level amount of lactose. Notes of grapefruit, clementine and pear.
Pale New Zealand Pilsner
Featuring 34/70 lager yeast, this pilsner features Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. The Motueka brings a lime forward flavor to the mix, with gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin, making for a unique flavor within a familiar style for the prairies.
Touch of west touch of east, Dr. Beak highlights Idaho 7, Amarillo, Simcoe and Bravo for a right down the middle crushable IPA experience.
Complexity and balance. This stout balances roasted, bitter and smooth within the "sweet" spot we really like to enjoy and brew the style in. The recipe reflects a success in experimentation that took many iterations to discover (we tend to move slow and have to learn things the hard way), and we think is unique to our brewing journey.
Strawberry Sour The People
A kettle sour featuring our house lactobacillus blend, hazy east coast yeast and weeks of conditioning time on real whole strawberries.
It’s essentially the same as Dr. Beak, but 2x the dry hop and more chloride forward water profile. Plague Doctor’s stuffed hops in their beaks to ward off evil miasma. Homebound stuffed hops in this IPA to ward off evil big business imitations of a beer best made by people you know, served fresh, and bursting with hop flavor.
Distinctly different from the Dr. & Super Beak series, Riddle me a single dry hop IPA featuring Vic Secret, with unique bitterness building upon hazy east coast yeast accentuating a honey malt forward grain bill.
We have a selection of local SK made vodka from Dobrowody and cider from Spot On, along with non-alcoholic beverages.
